While our goal is to have zero damaged shipments. Breakage does happen time to time due to the nature of glass items & shipping.  If you received your item damaged or Broken during transit.  Please use the following steps : take a picture of your broken item inside the box with packaging  and shipping label that is located outside of the box. email us your pictures to scentedwickcandleco@gmail.com within 48 hrs of receiving your purchased item. Please allow up to 48 hrs for a response to your inquiry.once damaged item is reviewed by a team member. we will work with you on replacing damaged item with the same or equal value of your purchased item.
